"Egeria glanced up, holding her notebook close to her chest as she breathed. The air and feel of the day was so light, despite the gloomy skies, which she didn't care for. The spring kind of feel was so easy to just feel. You didn't even have to try, it was so easily within reach. It was something she pondered when she was alone, this and how easily it could be taken for granted. She for one wasn't.

She perked as a drop touched to her nose. Glancing up, Egeria questioned her thinking. With the weather being the way it had lately, she wondered why she and her best friend hadn't just stayed inside for the day- it was fairly obvious that it would rain.
